Yuhuan Gench Engine Valve Co.Ltd is a manufacturer with 20 years experience in producing engine valves.

Gench factory was founded in the year of 1988 in Kanmen Industrial Zone.Its original name was “Yuhuan Engine Valve Co.,Ltd”.
In the year of 2008,the main mainstay and directors which worked Changjiang Valve factory before, they investted RMB eight millions then founded “Yuhuan Gench Engine Valve Co.,Ltd” together in Auto&Motor Industrial Zone, Yuhuan city.

Presently, Gench Valve manufactures approximately 1500 part numbers engine valves for the following:
•High performance racing cars (Stainless steel swirl polished and chromium plated engine valves).
•A very wide range of heavy-duty engines(Mercedes&Daimler Benz, Cummins, Iveco, Volvo, Man, Scania, Renault, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hino, Daihatsu, GMC, Caterpillar, Kamaz).
•Tractors.(Universal, Utos, Perkins, Fiat, Belarus, Bedford)
•Industrial engines.(Perkins, Lister, Volvo, Caterpillar, Cummins, Komatsu, Hitachi)
•A wide range of Japanese, Korean, American, and European passenger cars.
•Special valves for tank engines, military vehicles and marines engines.

The size limit of the valves is 15-80mm head diameter, 4-15mm stem diameter and 45-260mm length.
Approximate time of delivery is 25-45days after prepayment.

Gench Valve annual production capacity at present is approximately 6,000,000 pcs. We are not only OEM our engine valves to Chinese engine and vehicles manufacturers,but also sold well all over the world.
We according to German advanced technology when producing, introduced advanced PLC computer-controlled production line; austenitic stainless treatment stove;TOP, TIP, STL valve end or seat welding equipments; Tufftriding equipment, Lapping machines, Servo press grinding machines, Mold changing systems, NIKON Metalloscope, MITUTOYO Profilometer, Germany Hommel Surface roughness tester and so on.
Our factory only purchase valve steel from Chinese first-class steel factories and import stellite cobalt alloy from America in order to provide superb and stable valves to clients.We according to ISO/TS16949:2000 when producing and according to QG/469-2002 and JB/6012 when checking.So our engine valves are sold well all over the world,for example: Europe,North America,Africa and Asia.
